Nomination Process

Nominations are accepted from all nations. The Global Award for Sustainable Architecture™ is awarded despite nationality, race or creed. Any licensed architect, planner, landscape architect, writer, critic, academician, government official, architectural association, building association or ecologist may submit an application to the Director of Cultural Development of the Cité, Mme Marie-Hélène Contal, for consideration by the Global Award Scientific Jury. The award is not given to single projects but to an overall professional, scientific or activist profile. Submissions are accepted through to October 31 each year. It is sufficient to send an e-mail or post mail to the Director of Cultural Development of the Cité, Mme Marie-Hélène Contal, the nominee’s name, CV, work-, teaching or research profile and philosophy and relevant contact information. marie-helene.contal@citedelarchitecture.fr
